Dear Sir/Madam, I received monthly annuity from overseas self arranged fixed term annuities and also surrendered another overseas self arranged annuity scheme in 2022/23. I understand the monthly annuity, the payment after deducing relevant premium, and the gain after surrendering the annuity scheme are both considered as foreign incomes and I need to file a self assessment SA100 form as well as SA106 form. I would like to know whether I should report all these incomes under Other overseas income and gains Box 43 in SA106 or somewhere else in my tax return. Thank you.

Hi Alan,
You are correct - boxes 43-45 on SA106 apply for this income.
Thank you.
