I gifted money to my daughter aged 17 to open a fixed rate Cash ISA in September 2023. The Cash ISA will be mature in September 2024 and the savings interest will be more than £100. Do I need to report this savings interest in my Self-Assessment return for tax year 2024/25?

Hi,

No, you do not need to report this interest. You can see guidance here:

Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs)

Thank you.
