Wrong tax code - unable to get help online or via phone!

Hi Please could you help me? I was put on the BR tax code even though I do not have to jobs and I changed jobs about 8 weeks ago. You recently "updated" my tax code to the same one (BR) on the 26th of October and even after PAYE Income Tax summary on this website clearly states an end date to my last employment too, so there is nothing further for me to update online. I have been trying to call you for days and I have not managed to get through on the phone. Please help. Thanks.
