Marriage Tax Allowance - haven't received backdated claim

My partner applied for the Marriage tax allowance in November 2022 I should have recieved backdated payment for the years 2018-19 / 2019-20 / 2021-22 - but haven't ever received a payment from HMRC for these years

I have been informed that tax refund team have been trying to see if my claim has been successful or not. The only reference number I have is 3578712827 and it's from tax refund team. Claim is from 22nd June 2024.
