Unknown UTR tax number in my new setup tax account

I am the first time to submit self assessment. I do not apply or own any UTR tax number before. I registrered a new government gateway and personal tax account today. I found an UTR number in my personal tax account. In addition, is showed there was an income and self assessment 2022-23 in my account but I do not work during this period. I checked my NI number (showed in the tax account) is correct. How do I correct this problem in my tax account? Do I cancal these accounts (both gov gateway and personal tax account) and create a new account? Thank You.
