Swapping homes but not legal ownership

My son and family live in a small house,, I live in a large house alone. Can we swap houses without changing ownership? Can you confirm there is no tax liabilities at this stage. Thanks John

That is a personal choice. No taxes would be due until the properties are sold and then you would need to consider if capital gains apply . Thank you .
