Hi there, I am a UK tax resident and non-dom (i believe),I lend a loan to my friend's company with no interest some time ago. they are repaying me the principal and no interest. Will i subject to any tax when they remit the money to my UK bank account? Under both current tax rule and the new rule proposed recently?

sorry i did not include one piece of information in my previous question. The loan was made in Hong Kong (contracted in HK, and the borrowing company is incorporated and with registered office in HK).
