I claim for tax refund, and i got information that i get cheque up to 14 days. It is possible to change that, and get money directly on bank account?

If a cheque has been issued we won't be able to change this.

If I received a notification on the 31st October stating a cheque would be sent within 14 days, when can I expect to receive this at the latest? Is it 14 working days? As still waiting Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't recieved your cheque yet.
The timescale for receiving your cheque can vary, depending on what your repayment is for, but if it hasn't been received in the given timescale of 14 working days (excluding weekends), then please contact us for progress.
