Hello, may I present my background: I am not a UK tax resident in the past 3 yrs, and I moved to UK with my wife and 2 children on 3/7 /23. Then I left UK on 28/7/23, while they still stay in here. Afterward, I went back to Hong Kong, in order to look after my father & mother, and at there I have a home to live up to now. I would like to ask,”if I return to UK on 1/2/24 and stay for several years, providing that I will not look for any job in UK until 6/4/24, will I become a tax resident of yr2023-2024?”

Hi jacobkung,
We cannot advise you on the outcome of scenarios.
You would need to look at the residency tests when you return to the UK, to determine if how they apply to your circumstances.
Guidance on the statutory residence tests can be found here:
RDR3 Statutory Residence Test
Thank you.
