Hi, As per the title, I am moving to Dubai permanently for work reasons in September. I will leave the UK physically before the 183 days threshold, does this mean I can avoid paid taxes on my future Dubai income towards HMRC? Which date is the most relevant one for fiscal reasons: the date I physically leave the UK or the start date of the new contract? Please note I will only come back to the UK for 5-8 days for the remainder of this Tax Year for personal reasons, no work involved. Thanks!

Hi,
Please refer to the following Guidance:
Tax if you leave the UK to live abroad
Generally, you will be regarded as a Non UK Resident from the day after your leave the UK.
If you intend to live permanently in Dubai then any income earned in Dubai will not be subject to UK income tax.
Thank you.
