I have written to HMRC twice in the last 2 months because my tax code is wrong. I have received no response whatsoever, let alone a resolution onf the issue. There is no way to contact them online, and the phones are a waste of time. This is a SERVICE organisation which has totally lost site of who it is supposed to be serving. What can you do?
