I am retired and my only current income is from an annual dividend. I still have an uncrystalised personal persion but make no regular contributions. If i pay a lump sum into this from my gross dividend will this reduce my taxable income from my dividend and therefore reduce my tax bill?

Hi,
As a pension doesnt count as earnings for relief to be applied, no.
Thankyou.
