Hello, I was made redundant earlier in the year and left my previous company on 31st March. I was paid redundancy on 14th April (so new Tax year) and subsequently issued a P45. I have now started a new job, I am in my third month of employment. I believe I paid the correct tax on my redundancy payment, however when I check my HMRC account I see no evidence of that payment in the current tax year and only the two payments made by my new employer. Is this something that should have happened with my P45 being issued ? I did forward my P45 to my new employer when I started.
