Adjusted Net Income & Salary Sacrifice Pension

Hi there, please can you clear something up regarding Adjusted Net Pay and salary sacrifice pensions as I’ve been a bit confused by some of the posts on here. Following pay negotiations my gross earnings will be made up as follows from the 15th of this month: Salary £75,000 Shift Pay £12,000 Pre-paid OT £9,000 Bonus £6000 Total £102,000 I will contribute £5000 from my gross pay into a salary sacrifice pension plan over the year. Can you please confirm whether or not my Net Adjusted Income will be £97,000? Thanks
