I operate a private car and use a fuel card for business and private milage. The fuel spend appears on my P11D . I have a couple of questions: 1. Should i include this on my self assessment in the " Fuel for company cars and vans - the total 'cash equivalent' amount"? 2.a I have recorded my business milage, can I claim relief on this at Approved milage rate 45p

Hi Nevets,
As this a fuel card for a private car you would report the details in the section Vouchers, credit cards and excess mileage allowance on your employment page. Yes you can claim your milege relief for using your own car for business mileage.
Thank you.
