I have a stock account in Hong Kong brokers company (Interactive Brokers Hong Kong Limited) and the account is holding some shares in UK stock markets. For the dividends received in this Hong Kong stock accounts which dividends is from UK shares, should these dividends reported as foreign dividends or UK dividends in tax return?

Hi,

As the funds are held in a Hong Kong account they will be foreign dividends.

Thank you.
