I am moving to the Netherlands in the summer as my military spouse has been posted to NATO. I am currently working as an MoD civil servant in Scotland. I have been offered the opportunity to continue in the same role for up to 6 months, working remotely, with occasional short visits to my duty station in Scotland. Will my tax status as a UK tax payer remain unchanged if I take up this offer? And if so, do I need to contact the Dutch tax authorities? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Hi Aurelia28,
If you are a crown servant, you pay Income Tax and National Insurance in the UK on income from your job for the crown, as if you live in the UK.  Please have a look at:
Tax for crown servants, EU employees and volunteer workers abroad
Thank you.
