Tax relief on voluntary pension contributions in Germany

I have lived in Germany from 2014-2016 and started paying private voluntary pension contributions there. When I moved to the UK, I continued paying it and am doing still. I also pay into a SIPP here in the UK. Can I ask for tax relief here in the UK for the voluntary pension contributions in Germany? If yes, where in the Self Assessment do I note it ?
