Could someone please help with this? I cashed in a private pension lump sum and filled in a P53. A month later and the form is showing as received in the Gov Gateway. I called inland Revenue and was told that because my claim wasnt in the "time frame", a member of the Specialist Team would be in touch with me. The lady I spoke to at hmrc did not clarify the meaning of this? Any help/ explanation would be appreciated. Thank you.
