Tax on Frozen Pensions

My DWP pension has been frozen for 9 years and is paid weekly, plus with a LPFA (London Pension Fund Authority) private pension paid monthly means i have to pay tax, How can i check the tax i pay has been solely on my frozen DWP pension plus LPFA and has not been accessed on the annual DWP increases, which i obviously don't get, as i understand this happens a lot to us frozen pensioners Hope somebody can understand all that, My first post be gentle!
