Refund cheque is not received! Cant find the status of it

To whom it concerns: I've got a message in 25th Sept, 2023 that HMRC will post me a cheque for tax refund which I haven't received yet. I am working outside UK and filled up P85. HMRC calculated the refund and mailed that cheque will be sent within 14 days. How can I check the status of this cheque? I've tried to call HMRC but didn't get in. Can someone send me a email regarding the cheque? I assume you may need my NI number. Also need to check whether it send to the address what I have mentioned in HMRC portal. thanks.

I am sorry we cannot send an email. If you still have not received the repayment then you will need to contact our Income Tax team to review your record.
