Take Private Pension Pot Tax Free

Hi, pre COVID I lived in Vietnam with my Vietnamese wife. We came back to the UK at the start of COVID to look after our late mother. We're now thinking about moving back to VN. After we move , If I withdraw my Private Pension as a Lump Sum shall it be Tax Free or shall I have to pay tax on it ? Thanks Jeffers1
