I moved abroad from the UK to country X in 2023 and at that time completed a P85 form. I have now moved to country Y, with only 2 weeks in the UK in between, so as I understand it I did not become a resident of the UK in that time. My questions: 1) do I need to fill a new P85 for my new residence in country Y? 2) if yes to (1), should I list my date I left the UK as the original date (from before I moved to country X), or my first day as resident in country Y? 3) also if yes to (1), what should I put as my years resident in the UK? Is this the longest I've lived there, or should I put zero since it's zero since my last P85? Thanks in advance!

Hi,

No - as you have already informed us that you have left the UK, and not returned intending to reside here, you would not need to complete an additional P85.

Thank you.
