Dividend from Austria

I receive a dividend from a private foundation in Austria. Each year I send a ZS-QU1 from to the HMRC to be stamped so I am able to return it to Austria. My question relates to how long this will take? In previous years after around 12 weeks I have had to involve my MP to get a response. My hope is the process has now speeded up. ?
