I wish to transfer my unused married persons tax allowance to my husband; I do not have a passport or driving licence as Id and am unable to complete checks. Please can you advise me whether I need a tax account to do this and if so how to set this up. I am disabled and unable to drive or travel and therefore do not need a driving licence or passport

We can only answer querys in relation to Corporation tax this is a Personal taxes query .
