Leaving UK for Dubai

Hi there. I am an IT contractor with my own UK based limited company. I am planning on leaving the UK in mid October to set up and live in Dubai. I will continue to bill clients using my UK company; just makes things easier. Can you advise on what steps I will need to take to inform HMRC of this change in personal circumstances? Thanks.
