I am currently living in the Uk and looking at receiving my Dutch workplace pension. I have been told by the Dutch Tax authorities (Belastingdienst) that I have to pay taxes in The Netherlands if I receive more than 25000 euro a year as per the double taxation agreement Article 17. Can you confirm that I will be due to pay taxes inn The Netherlands on an annual sum over 25000 euro whilst residing in the UK?

Hi
Please note we can only give you advice on the tax you will pay in the UK.
Any queries you have regarding paying tax in The Netherlands should be taken up with the tax authorities in The Netherlands.
