Hello, I am about to enter UK with a BNO visa. My current home out of UK is a public housing and was purchased by my family. My name was added to it years ago. We are still living in it. I am planning to remove my name from the owned public housing title before entering UK. Will I be qualified as first-time-buyer for the Lifetime ISA given I've never purchased any property and haven't received any capital gain from the mentioned above? Thank you.

Hello I jointly own a flat abroad with three other people. Do I have to gift my part to qualify for First Time Buyer? Thanks

Hello. I was wondering when I apply for the first buyer scheme for which I am eligible if I could take advantage of the first time buyer scheme where houses can be reduced up 50% and also be able to use my LISA account with the government help. Like can I combine two helping methods? Thanks

Hi,
If you mean the affordable home scheme - Affordable home ownership schemes - then yes.
Thank you.
