Hi, my dad just passed away in Taiwan and i an dealing with his estates. One of his estate is a insurance broker company, which we will sell the right of management for insurances the company owning to another broker company in Taiwan and my dad’s company will no longer exist. As a return, this Taiwan company will give us the ‘referral allowance’ in a monthly basis from the profit of the management of the insurances. So my question is, whether the referral allowance can be considered as inheritance estate? Or it will be my own personal gain income? Thank you very much.
