Tax refund confusion

Hi, HMRC calculated that I am due a tax refund for 2022-2023, and said to have sent me a cheque on 12 July 2023, but I have not received anything yet (6 weeks later), and having a closer look, there was no address details on my account (as this was my first year employed). Further, there is no message in my message inbox on my HMRC account. I am confused if the cheque was actually sent somewhere or it was just an automated message, and what to do next.
