I'm considering setting up a limited company for an outside IR35 contracting job. However, I'm worried about potential HMRC challenges, potentially resulting in paybacks. I aim to engage multiple clients with this company, including a Hong Kong firm and one or two UK ones, with small contracts around 1000 GBP each. How would these smaller contracts impact an HMRC challenge due to the disparity with a larger outside IR35 contract? Since its purpose is to take contracting job, max £5000 capital is considered. Please could anyone shed some light? Much appreciated.
