Selling inherited property in Spain

I have inherited a property in Spain and I have paid inheritance tax in Spain. The house has been sold for the same value as was used in the inheritance tax declaration. There is no profit on the sale. Could you please confirm if I need to report this to HMRC as there would not be any CGT to be paid ?
