Hello, I have been permanently resident in Australia since 2012 (i.e. 13 years), moving from the UK and intend to remain in Australia permanently. I transferred a UK Pension to an Australian QROPS Superannuation Fund in January 2020 (i.e. over 5 years ago). I am 62 years old and have retired, meaning I have reached my Preservation Age in Australia and am eligible to access my Superannuation Funds tax-free. Can you advise whether I can roll-over my QROPS fund into another Australian non-QROPS Fund without incurring any UK Tax or penalties? Kind regards David
