Hello! I am a UK Citizen and resident and a Canadian citizen and non resident of Canada. I have been living in the UK since 2000. I have some pensions in Canada which I would like to bring to the UK in a few years. The pensions would be given to me 100% in Cash Canadian dollars and Canadian Withholding tax of 25% would be deducted from the cash pension funds In Canada. Would I: - Need to pay any UK taxes on it - As I am a low rate tax payer would I get any tax relief on the funds Thank you
