P800 form

Good evening, Just a quick one, hope someone could shed some light on this form. I’ve received this form today saying I owe approx £500 in tax. In the explanation section of the form there is a “Untaxed Interest” Can anyone please tell me what this “untaxed interest” is? The gov site seems to be very vague… Many thanks
