Personal tax - foreign income & tax resident status

Hi I came to the UK with BNO Visa on 12 Mar 2024. For tax year 2023/24, am I a UK non-resident? If yes, do I need to report on foreign income (e.g. bank interest income, dividend income) earned during this tax year? Thanks
