ISA limit in the new tax year

Hello! I've opened one ISA Fixed Rate Savings account in 2023-2024 tax year and paid in 7000 GBP. Does my 20000 limit of non-taxable personal allowance renew in 2024-2025 tax year? Can I open another ISA savings account this year to replenish it with non-taxable 20000 and keep my non-taxable 7000 pounds on the previous account? Vitalii
