Accessing personal tax info

Hello, apologies this is convoluted. I have always been PAYE and am now retired. Due to selling some shares which require capital gains I arranged for an accountant to complete my tax return. They have done self assessment and submitted on my behalf. I have my government utr and tried to set up the online account so I could see it all online . I have managed to set myself up with three gateway ids and none of them take to the site where I can view anything. It tells me I am in the wrong place. I need to sort out the mess but not sure how! If I understand correctly, my tax info is in one place, self assessment in another and capital gains in the third. I am totally confused. Thank you
