waiting for Certificate of UK Tax Residence

Hi , I submitted a Certificate of UK Tax Residence application for the current year, and it arrived within 15 days. Unfortunately, I realized I also needed a certificate for previous years, so I submitted a second application on Friday, 2nd August. However, I haven't received the letter yet. Is there any way to check the status of my application or find out if there is an issue? Also, will I receive an email notification if there's a problem with my application? Thanks in advance
