Dear Sir/Madam, If an overpayment arises through PAYE can the amount be issued to the agent's bank account entered on form R38? There is a section on the form to enter the agent's UK bank details. Additionally, it is possible to reissue an expired cheque as a bank account payment directly to the agent? Cheques take significantly longer to be processed.

We are unable to re-issue a cheque to a bank account.

If you require re-issue of a cheque, the customer would need to call to request a new cheque be issued.

If a valid 64-8 is in place, the agent can call to request this.
