Hello, I'm considering making changes to my ISA. At the moment I have a cash ISA account with Bank1 and I'd like to transfer it all to Bank2. It's currently a little over £20k which is a result of years of saving. If I transfer the whole thing into a new cash ISA with Bank2 will that flag up there as more than £20k within the same tax year or will the fact that it took me years to save it be taken into consideration even if it was with Bank1? Also - I'm considering opening a Lifetime ISA as well with Bank2. Can I open it at the same time as transferring the cash ISA or would that count as a second ISA in the same tax year? Thanks.
