Dividend tax dates

Hi, Which date should I use for filling dividend income on a general investment account with Vanguard? They have Record date: 18th March Announcement date: 7th April Expiry date: 17th March Effective date: 30th March and the date the dividend reached the account: 11th April These dates all span 2 tax years. It would normally be the date paid but it depends on the type of dividend.
