How to cancel a refund cheque and get refund online

Good afternoon, I was checking my messages and have seen a refund from 2022/2023 that I have not received. Having checked my bank I have not paid the cheque in and I wondered how I could get it cancelled and paid online instead.

Once a repayment has been issued as a cheque, we are usually only able to reissue the repayment as a cheque. If the cheque is now out of date and you require it be reissued, contact us by webchat or phone via : Income Tax: general enquiries  . Thank you .
