Changing tax code

I need to change my tax code, was on hold for an hour and it just randomly said goodbye. This is now 4 hours of my time trying to ring, being put on hold and being hung up on. I've lost a silly amount of money from emergency tax now, and need to speak to someone as the chat bot says. Your phone lines need improving. Is there any other way I can speak to an actual person?
