P60 incorrect name

I've checked my surname and the forename are incorrect, and the full name is incomplete in the employee information as well. May I know where I can correct it? Thanks in advance. Kind regards, Ms Yu

As your employer will have issued your P60, please contact them to confirm that they have your details correct. If they have the correct details, and  the problem persists, contact us via Income Tax: general enquiries.
