Hello, I am a UK tax resident but 'Non-domiciled' resident. Currently, I work for a company based in Hong Kong, and my employer is also a resident of Hong Kong. Our company operates exclusively within the Hong Kong market, with no business dealings in the UK. I am responsible for the Hong Kong market as part of my role. I recently relocated to the UK in June using a BNO visa. Since then, I have been working remotely for the company. I want to know if I can apply for the remittance basis if I do not transfer all the income.

 Remittance basis 2021 (HS264)
Guidance note for residence, domicile and the remittance basis: RDR1
Thank you.
