Certificate of Residence

I have requested a certificate of residence in September 2023. The status of this request on my personal tax account is stated as COMPLETED for over a week now, however I have not received any email confirmation or letter explaining the next steps or when to expect to receive the certificate. Can you please let me know when to expect a response from HMRC and when to expect to receive the certificate of residence. Thank you

Hi,

If the status on your Personal Tax Account is shown as 'Completed' you can expect to receive the requested Cerificate of Residence through the post within the next few days.
