Hello, I have 2 UTR numbers, my original that I used all the previous years to do my self assessments, but now I got a New number in the system (gateway). Also i received many penalties due a didn't do my self assessment the previous years, but i did, with my previous UTR. What i can do now because I request many time to recover my previous URT number and Im still waiting. Many thanks

You may be being asked to use the new UTR provided following issues with your old SA record.
