Declare Bank Saving Interest for Non-Resident

Hi, I am not a UK tax resident for 22/23. I don't have any income except I received GBP 1601 saving interest from my UK bank. I don't know if I still need to register Self Assessment to declare this income, because I got conflicting information when I Googled this topic. Appreciate your advice on this. Many thanks. Kevin
