Where is my Repayment

I submitted my tax return on the 7th of April. It got processed and I had to request a tax refund on the 11th of April and I’ve had nothing in my bank or been sent anything since. Absolute joke. Trying to run a business, hard enough without this.

We are unable to access your record from the forum, if this is for a Self Assessment repayment you will need to click 'Ask HMRC Online' and request to speak with an adviser. You will then be put in the queue for Webchat.
